Kaczynski Wraps Up Season at NAIA National Championships

SILVIS, Ill. – This week, sophomore JJ Kaczynski headed south to Silvis, Illinois to compete in the 2026 NAIA Men’s Golf National Championships at TPC Deere Run. JJ Kaczynski earned a bid to the National Championships after winning the individual CCAC Conference Championship, becoming the first V-Hawk men’s golfer to qualify for national competition.

39 V-Hawk Spring Athletes Earn NAIA Scholar Athlete Honors

KANSAS CITY, Missouri – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics announced on Wednesday the individuals that received NAIA Scholar Athlete honors. The honor is defined as a student-athlete that has been enrolled at his or her school for a minimum of one year, that is a member of a varsity team, completed at least 30 semester hours, and boasts no less than a 3.50 cumulative GPA. This award is reserved for outstanding student-athletes in the classroom.
JJ Kaczynski Earns Conference Weekly Honors

CHICAGO, Ill. -- The Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference announced on Wednesday their weekly selections for the CCAC honor roll. Each week, the conference selects the best golfer from the conference from the previous week of competition. This week, Viterbo's JJ Kaczynski was honored as the CCAC Golfer of the Week.

SILVIS, Ill. -- The V-Hawks returned to the course this past weekend to compete in the CCAC Championships, hosted at TPC Deere Run in Silvis, Ill. The event was a two-day competition. On day one, the teams played 36 holes of competition, and on day two, the competitors finished with a final round of 18. As a team, the V-Hawks finished in third place, falling to St. Ambrose and Olivet Nazarene. The biggest story of the day was JJ Kaczynski's individual conference championship.
V-Hawks Take Third at Luther Spring Classic, Kaczynski with Individual Win

DECORAH, Iowa -- The V-Hawks returned to the course this past weekend to compete in the Luther Spring Classic. The meet, hosted by Oneota Golf and Country Club, featured two days of competition in which each day featured an 18-hole round. Through the 36 total holes of competition, the V-Hawk team came out in third place. Impressively, JJ Kaczynski took home the individual championship with his three-over performance.
V-Hawks Take Third at Firebird Spring Invitational

RACINE, Wis. -- The V-Hawks traveled across the state on Thursday to compete in the Firebird Spring Invitational, hosted by Carthage College. The competition was a one-day 18-hole round that featured 18 teams from the regional area. After the day of competition, the V-Hawks finished in third place with a 312, and the V-Hawk 'B' squad took 14th with a 327. The top finisher of the day was JJ Kaczynski.
V-Hawks place 6th at Redtail Spring Shootout

WATERLOO, Iowa -- The V-Hawks headed south on Monday to compete in the Redtail Spring Shootout, hosted by Hawkeye Community College. The meet was a single day, 18-hole event with a field of 13 teams, including a Viterbo 'B' team as well as a Viterbo 'C' team. The V-Hawks took to the Irv Warren Golf Course, coming out with a 6th place finish.

WAVERLY, Iowa -- The V-Hawks traveled south this weekend to Prairie Links Golf Course to compete in the Wartburg Spring Invite. The competition featured several teams, and through a two-day, 36-hole competition, the V-Hawks finished T-9th. The V-Hawk 'B' squad finished in 13th.

ONALASKA, Wis. -- The V-Hawks took to the course on Sunday and Monday to compete in their home invitational. After two 18-hole round, the V-Hawks finished in second place, landing four golfers in the top ten.
V-Hawks Claim Victory, Lowest Score of the Year

ALBERT LEA, Minn. -- The V-Hawks traveled to Minnesota this past weekend to compete in the Waldorf University Fall Invitational. The meet took place at Wedgewood Cove Golf Course. At the end of the round, the V-Hawks second team finished as a co-champion. Their 297-stroke performance was their best of the year so far.
V-Hawks Compete at NAIA Preview, Defeat CCAC Opponents

SILVIS, Ill. -- The V-Hawks competed at the NAIA Preview on Monday and Tuesday against some of the best teams in the nation. They traveled to TPC at Deere Run to face off in a 21-team competition, eventually claiming 15th place. Throughout the two rounds, Eli Lindsey and Ethan Thomas finished best for the V-Hawks, each claiming a 155 score, tying for 34th.
V-Hawks Compete at Duhawk Invitational, Two Finishers in Top-15

DUBUQUE, Iowa -- The V-Hawks returned to the links on Sunday to compete at the Duhawk Fall Invitational, hosted by Loras. The two-round competition finalized with the V-Hawks taking an eighth-place finish, beating out Loras, and coming just three strokes shy of Wartburg College. The top performers of the weekend for the V-Hawks were Aaron Mork and Eli Lindsey. They both tied for 13th, shooting 154 over the course of two days.
V-Hawks Claim First Victory of Hanson Era

WATERLOO, Iowa -- The V-Hawks opened their 2025 season by heading to the Irv Warren Memorial Golf Course to compete in the Hawkeye Fall Shootout. Throughout the competition, the V-Hawks came out with a team championship, shooting just 11 over for a total score of 299. The V-Hawks also brought home an individual championship with junior Ben Biskupski shooting one under the course par. Sophomore Aaron Mork finished closely behind Biskupski, tying for second with a one-over round.
