V-Hawk Softball Announces 2026 Schedule
LA CROSSE, Wis. – The Viterbo University Softball program announced their 2026 season schedule today. Their schedule features a lineup of several non-conference games, tournaments in Missouri, Iowa, and Arizona, and competitions against nine Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference foes.
The V-Hawks will begin the 2026 season next weekend as they travel to Branson, Missouri to compete in the Turfs Up Tournament against four different competitors. The V-Hawks will then head to Sioux Center to compete in another tournament. During the week of March 9, the V-Hawks will travel to Tucson, Arizona, where they will compete at the Tucson Invitational Games against nine different teams.
The V-Hawks will jump into CCAC competition once they return from Arizona for the remainder of their season with a couple more non-conference games sprinkled in throughout late March and early April.
The V-Hawks return several key players from last season, including Alexis Watson, the only V-Hawk All-Conference recipient in 2025. Watson earned her accolade after pitching 56 innings for 37 strikeouts and an ERA of 5.25. At the plate, she had 27 hits, nine runs, 11 RBIs, and a home run.
