Logan Amdur opened the match for the V-Hawks with two assists for Ethan Davis and Styrk Myhre. Midway through set one Jack Peroz and Riley Connors come out successful with a block, before Connors makes the kill. Amdur setting up Davis again would set up for the final two V-Hawk kills of the set.

The V-Hawks keeping the match close would find Amdur sneaking a kill before Peroz would drive home a kill. Noah Diedrich serving up his first service ace of the season would get the V-Hawks over 15 with Myhre and Wilming blocking for one of the final points of the match.
