Anderson nabs back-to-back NSAA Track Athlete-of-the-Week honors
BISMARCK, N.D. - The North Star Athletic Association (NSAA) announced its fourth edition of the Men's Outdoor Track and Field Athletes of the Week honors on Tuesday afternoon. For the second straight week, Viterbo's Jalen Anderson was selected as the NSAA Track Athlete of the Week.
Anderson set a new personal record in the 110-meter hurdles in the St. Thomas (Minn.) Tom Cat Invitational. He finished sixth with a time of 15.36 seconds, remaining first in the North Star Athletic Association in the 110-meter hurdles. Anderson also placed sixth in the 100- meter dash with a time of 11.17 seconds. He currently ranks No. 2 in the NSAA in the 100- meter dash, just one-hundreth of a second behind the top-ranked runner.
