Lopergolo named CAC Defensive Player of the Week

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - Alessandro Lopergolo was named this week's Defensive Player of the Week in the Continental Athletic Conference. Lopergolo found the back of the net and provided an assist, while also helping lead the V-Hawks to a defensive shutout. The sophomore anchored a defensive unit that did not allow a single shot on goal over the course of 90 minutes of action against Maranatha Baptist University last week.
