Jada Mitchell and Sadie Treptow Named to AVCA All-Region Teams

LEXINGTON, Kentucky -- The AVCA announced their NAIA All-Region teams on Friday, December 5th. Among the selections were two V-Hawks, Jada Mitchell and Sadie Treptow. The two ladies were named on the list of 22 of the best players in the country. Jada Mitchell earns her fourth time as an All-Region selection, while Sadie Treptow is named All-Region for the first time. 

Jada Mitchell, Sr., First Team All-Region -- Mitchell was named to the First Team All-Region for the fourth year in a row. Mitchell earns All-Region after another standout season by the senior. This season, Jada Mitchell earned over 300 kills and 165 blocks, making her the career blocks leader at Viterbo. Additionally, Mitchell hit 0.378 on the year, placing her 10th in the NAIA for hitting percentage. Mitchell also lands 8th in the NAIA for blocks per set. 

Sadie Treptow, Sr., Honorable Mention All-Region -- Treptow earns All-Region honors for the first time in her career. This year, Treptow put up an impressive 262 kills in her breakout senior season. She also added 116 blocks, shattering her previous season-high. Treptow finished the season in the top 70 for blocks per set in the NAIA. 

Jada Mitchell and Sadie Treptow both graduate this year and will move on to their next steps in life. They both leave behind a shining legacy for the V-Hawk Volleyball Program.
