La Crosse, Wis. – The Viterbo University men's and women's bowling teams made history today by hosting the first annual Viterbo Invitational and they wasted no time making sure their guests knew they were in V-Hawk land. Both the men's and women's teams sit in first place after day one of the V-Hawk invitational.

La Crosse, Wis. – Viterbo University made history three years ago when they announced they were starting an intercollegiate men's and women's bowling program. Fast forward to this weekend, the V-Hawks will once again make history as they will host their first ever home tournament. Viterbo will host the first annual V-Hawk Invitational this Saturday and Sunday at Pla Mor Lanes.

Oshkosh, Wis. – The Viterbo women's bowling team picked up its first tournament win in school history at the UW-Oshkosh Titan Invitational over the weekend. The victory was anything but easy, as the event wasn't decided until the last shot of the day. Rachel Schalow's clutch spare in the 10th frame clinched a 6 pin win for the V-Hawks. 

Whitewater, Wis. – The Viterbo women's bowling team continues to roll through the 2011-12 season. The V-Hawk women finished 5th out of 32 teams in the Warhawk Open in Madison, Wis. Midland University won the event with 8512 pins, followed by Robert Morris Illinois, St. Ambrose, Robert Morris-Peoria and Viterbo.
