The Viterbo University V-Hawks Softball team comes into the 2010 season with high hopes and an array of young talent. Eleven incoming freshman combined with just four returning seniors will look to improve on last years' 11-41 overall finish as the team finished in eighth place in the Midwest Collegiate Conference.

La Crosse, Wis. - Viterbo women's bowling coach Jim Socha along with V-Hawk softball coach Andrea Tsilis announced today that Amanda Gill (Rockton, Ill.) has signed a letter of intent to participate in both bowling and softball at Viterbo University.

The Viterbo Softball team will be offering a one day clinic on February 20th for student-athletes in grades 6-12. It takes hard work, dedication, and love of the game to become the best softball player possible, and we can help. The Viterbo V-Hawk Softball Program offers top notch instructors to aide you in getting all the preparation needed before your season rolls around. Participants get the personal instruction needed to improve in specific areas, including physical, mental, and strategic aspects of the game. Join the V-Hawks this winter for a fun learning environment. For more information click here.
