La Crosse, Wis. - The Grand View University baseball team came into today's doubleheader on a mission (needing two wins for the #2 seed) and they showed that as they defeated Viterbo University 2-0 in game 1 and 11-1 in game 2.

La Crosse, Wis. - Sophomore Chris Dunn (Hancock, Wis.) has pitched very well this season for the Viterbo baseball team but he has not been able find a way to close games out and earn the win. Today was a different story as Dunn pitched a complete game shutout to help lead Viterbo to a 1-0 win over Midwest Collegiate Conference foe Grand View University.

Rettenmeier crosses home plate after hitting fourth homerun of the season against MMU
La Crosse, Wis. - Senior Brett Rettenmeier (Cedar Rapids, Iowa) went 3-6 with a homerun and senior Brady Banse (Forest Lake, Minn.) pitched a complete game to help lead Viterbo University to a split with the Mustangs of Mount Mercy University. Mount Mercy won game one 4-2 while Viterbo won game two 3-1.
