La Crosse, Wis. - After finishing a very strong season, which included competing for the Midwest Collegiate Conference title until the final regular season game, the Viterbo University baseball team will have significant representation among several of the top collegiate summer baseball leagues.

Waterloo, Iowa - The Viterbo University baseball team extended their season at least one more game today as they defeated St. Ambrose University 8-3 in the first round of the loser's bracket in the Midwest Collegiate Conference Tournament. The win advanced the V-Hawks to face #1 Iowa Wesleyan College. That game was postponed in the sixth inning due to inclement weather with the score tied at 5. The game will be finished at 11:00 am on Tuesday morning.

Waterloo, Iowa - The Viterbo University baseball team pick a bad day to have one of its worst games of the season as they lost the opening game of the Midwest Collegiate Conference tournament 13-2 to Grand View University. The V-Hawks gave up 13 runs on 16 hits while also committing 6 errors in the game.

La Crosse, Wis. - The Midwest Collegiate Conference baseball tournament begins this Friday (May 7^th) in Waterloo, Iowa as the Viterbo University V-Hawks earned the No. 3 seed and will face Grand View University on Sunday, May 9^th.
