La Crosse, Wis. - #3 La Crosse Central beat #1 Spring Grove in an exciting come from behind victory. They were behind the entire game until very late when they took a 31-30 lead. Trailing 33-30 with just 3 seconds left in the game, Spring Grove ran a well designed play, but could not get off the 3 point shot to put the game into overtime.

In the third place game, Sparta defeated MVC rival Holmen.

La Crescent beat Caledonia in the consolation championship. These two teams have met in the Minnesota State High School League playoffs for the past two years with Caledonia prevailing each time.
