La Crosse, Wis. - Viterbo women's bowling coach Jim Socha along with V-Hawk softball coach Andrea Tsilis announced today that Amanda Gill (Rockton, Ill.) has signed a letter of intent to participate in both bowling and softball at Viterbo University.

"Amanda has a chance to step right in and contribute immediately," said Coach Socha."She is a very good student and is very focused on what her priorities are. "I'm really looking forward to the challenge of playing two sports in college" said Gill.

Gill comes to Viterbo after having a stellar high school career at Honenegah High School in Rockton, Illinois. "I'm really looking forward to the challenge of playing two sports in college" said Gill. "Viterbo is a perfect fit for me both athletically and academically."

"Amanda's talents on the field and in the classroom fit perfectly at Viterbo University and in our softball program," commented Coach Tsilis.
