




La Crosse, Wis. – Mount Mercy University outscored Viterbo University 22-9 over the final 12:43 of the game to come from behind and win by a score of 64-59.

La Crosse, Wis. – The Viterbo University Athletics Department will honor three former standout student-athletes along with a former faculty member during its annual homecoming celebration on Saturday, February 18, 2012. Josh Gates (basketball and baseball), Charlotte (Koski) Gyllin (basketball and softball), Darrell Pofahl (faculty member) and Anne Wilson (basketball) will be inducted into the Viterbo Wall of Fame.

La Crosse, Wis. – Fresh off a second place finish at the Midwest Collegiate Conference Championships, the Viterbo University women's bowling team received some good news as junior Rachel Schalow (Marshfield, Wis.) was named MCC First Team All-Conference and V-Hawk head coach Jim Socha was named MCC Women's Bowling Coach of the Year.

Dubuque, Iowa – The Viterbo University women's and men's bowling teams both finished in second place at the Midwest Collegiate Conference Championships over the weekend. The event, which was hosted by Clarke, was held in Dubuque, Iowa.
